The Rifugio Eita, located at the heart of the Valtellina's Alps, near Switzerland and communicating by the Verva Pass with Livigno, stands right in front on the beautiful and untouched Eastern Grosina Valley (Val Grosina).

The structure, also known as "Houses of the Church" (name rich of community meaning), today it's a symbol of sincere hospitality, that finds roots in the traditions of these places and the people who, in previous administrations, have them expertly preserved.

The recently building renovation made welcoming retreat, ideal for those who use it, while respecting and preserving the original architecture and materials, mixing them with modern needs: now the building is accessible also to disabled and old peoples.

Inside the building a large space with a bar, dining rooms, a kitchen with modern equipment offer to you the possibility to taste typical products and traditional dishes from Grosina Valley and Valtellina (for hot dishes reservation is mandatory!). Outside you can use a large area enclosed by a fence where you can eat and relax, surrounded by nature.

Rifugio Eita offers 50 beds in rooms with shared facilities, with showers and hot water.

The refuge is also equipped to handle various organized groups, such as colonies, climbers and hikers, always prior reservation.

"The Fabbriceria di Eita" is made of a group of people and families voluntary, which first tourist activity, intending to convey the true meaning of hospitality, made of healthy smiles, sincerity and serenity.
