At Eita refuge we try to use the freshest ingredients and local products, like butter and cheese produced in alpine pastures of Valgrosina.

Please note that the "Fabbriceria di Eita" is staffed by volunteers, so we would like to point out that the chefs do their best in order to offer excellent genuine and tasty dishes, like traditional Valtellina's dishes.

For hot food it's needed booking before come to Refuge.
